Only non-working and non-functional digital goods are eligible for a refund. Once we deliver a digital product, refunds will only be processed if the product is not working and our customer support team is unable to resolve the issue. In such cases, a refund can be initiated.

Please note: Ebooks and other downloadable digital content are non-refundable. However, if any software purchased from us is found to be non-functional and cannot be fixed by our support team, a refund may be considered.
